Expected turnaround time is 24 hours during the business week. We cannot do refills on the weekend, so please plan ahead.
Controlled Substance Policy
Drug testing may be required at any time to ensure safety and adherence. We add a $10/month medication management charge if we are prescribing any controlled medications.
Billing & Payments

Membership payment is always on the 5th (monthly/3 months/6 months/annual).

Accepted payment methods: Credit Card and ACH.

Add-on services are billed with the next billing cycle.

Ending Membership

You can cancel at any time with a 30-day notice.

Re-enrollment is not guaranteed and will result in a re-enrollment fee.
